Per the NZ Herald, Chorus were supposed to be rolling out a fibre install tracker at the end of [april]: see http://www.nzherald.co.nz/business/news/article.cfm?c_id=3&objectid=11623061. Anyone know where I can find it? It's not like Chorus would set a timeframe then fail to meet it.

Does an "italian tune up" work on computers?

It's not officially launched yet AFAIK. Take any info available on it with a grain of salt.

Hi everyone, a little background on the fibre install tracker app.

The Chorus app is available now for any broadband provider who opts in to use it
· It’s about letting people know where they are in the process of getting connected to fibre, their appointment dates and information on each step.
· We’re continuing to develop the app and will be releasing the ability to reschedule your appointments and update your own contact details.

We would recommend getting in touch with your broadband provider to see if they have enrolled to use the app.

Would it not be easier for Chorus to publish which providers have enrolled?

Hi, it is up to the respective broadband providers to advise their customers if they have taken up the Chorus offer or not, we are unable to do so. ^JD
