I've been asked by a colleague at work if there is a reliable source of data about UFB.  For instance, the number of properties able to connect to UFB (i.e. fibre runs past their house) and the number of properties actually connected to UFB.  He's looking for this information at the territorial authority level.  It would also be useful to know other stats about UFB (e.g. average monthly data usage).  I'm sure I've seen this kind of information released through the media, but he's looking for an official source of stats that he can revisit over time to be able to present trends and changes.

I had a look at Chorus (the LFC for our area) but didn't have any luck finding this kind of information.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?
