You can see above the PSTN (Phone) is on a different band than the upstream and downstream. In an ideal situation no it will not affect your internet.

Unless you have a master filter, then having phones plugged into your landline can indeed slow down your internet.

 

I find having more than 3 phones plugged in can make a small difference. Probably something to do with the resistance on the line.
