Heya, I have a router loaded with tomatousb (which supports vlan tagging)

I'm having difficulty setting it up working with my ufb connection. Could someone who is using tomatousb please screenshot their settings page? 

I'm sure there was a guide somewhere that someone wrote re: setting up tomatousb with ufb but I for the life of me can't find it.
