I need to buy a new modem and was wondering if any body had any suggestions.

I'm looking for one that is reasonably cheap ($120 at the very max) and one that I can port forward easily? ( I had a DLink302g and that caused many headaches forwarding!)

Any suggestions would be much appreaciated!

thanks

Might wanna look into this one, its wireless, 4 ports and is very easy to port forward with. Very stable and doesn't get overloaded with things like p2p or heavy usage.

Who is your provider? If you get one of their supported modems it helps when you run in to trouble as it makes it easier to deal with the help desk. Existing Telecom customers can get one for free if you have completed your contract term with them.

+1 for the RTA1025W. Great modem / router.
