Hello,

So we decided to change from 100Mbps UFB to the Gigantic Plan (900Mbps D/S) via Slingshot.
Speed test both via CAT6 (PC/SSD), and iPhone XS Max via 5Ghz 802.11AC on the (Supplied Slingshot Router) max out at 230Mbps DS / 100Mbps US. Has the incorrect speed profile been implemented on the OLT ?

I understand it's unlikely to reach advertised speed, however is 200Mbps considered normal on such a plan?

Multithreaded downlaods also peak out at around 200Mbps.

Ethernet cable from Slingshot router to the ONT is Cat 5e as that was supplied with the router.

Any ideas ?

Okay I seem to have resolved the issue.

I performed a firmware update (NF18ACV Firmware Version NC2-R6B013) and now I'm obtaining around 800Mbps download speed and 500Mbps up.

Cheers :)
