So I'm looking at changing ISP's seeing as how Xnet is practically useless these days....

What does everyone else use? Im looking for around 40GB of traffic, which doesnt seem excessive to me. Also looking for under $100, preferrably under $80.

Does such a plan exist?

Cheers
