Yes me too,

My woosh site is on the corner of Botany road and Ridge road Howick.

Rang woosh and I had actually gone over my monthly cap so they speed limited me.

On the site my usage meter never showed this. Call woosh who adv data usage is from time you signe up to the next month not the bill cycle weird but true and they advised there old meter was basicaly not accurate and they over the last few days have put in a new meter.

They advised the cap would get lifted the next morning as i went onto a higher plan. That didnt happen so I rang back and they gave me a free $15.00 topup.

Now Im back to full speed well 256 anyway.

last night between 7:00 - 8:00 they had issues as well but came right.

generally overall I find woosh a great service.

cheers

Hm,

Looking at dumeter i was downloading and connecting under 10 kps about 7 bit at times the page just time out.

They gave me no warning like a email etc either.

It was certainly slow and in fact some pages did not load.

Just as well Wossh has a excellent and helpfull support team and quick to get through to.
