Hi, I have just installed a 3 wire type master filter at the ETP. I have a 3 pair wire cable running from the ETp into my house. I connected:

- Bl/Wh (from filter) to the incoming line from Telecom (which is also Bl/Wh)
- Or/Wh (from filter) to a Bl/Wh pair on the cable going into the house, to which I have the phone connected to
- Gr/Wh (from filter) to a Gr/Wh pair going into the house. I have then punched this into a BT box and then plugged in the modem.

The problem is that the ADSL modem can't connect? The phone seems to be working fine.

Am I missing something?

Thanks for your help.

correct. The orange pair should be connected to the incoming line and the blue pair goes to your phones.
