Just reading on the news that one of the Fibre contracts has been let to WEL networks.
Hamilton is going to be one of the first to get it :-)

With joyces statement above though, does that mean we will be paying usage charges ontop of that and have to go through an ISP as well, there is no mention of that on the news ??

That's wholesale price, not how much you pay to your ISP.
