So apparently they've been hiding all this broadband or something, or not letting other companies have it, or something along those lines... anyways, we were just in the process of going onto broadband with them - we've put a hold on it for now, what the friggin hell is actually going on? Are they going to go bust? Are they a crap company? Is it bad to do the broadband thing with Xtra? Anyone who has an opinion on this, let me know. Oh, and if there is already a topic about this, my bad.

Are Xtra going to go bust? The same Xtra that Telecom owns? Nope. Not this week they wont!

Why did you put a hold on it? Because the government has mandated LLU? Wont make any difference to you right this very minute. Go and connect up with whomever offers you the best deal (factoring customer service in too).

Hiding broadband? Id like to know where you heard that one from!

Not unless you are like one of those Windows/Mac fanboys who proclaim 'My machine is so much faster/snappier after installing this update!'

To the thread creator, I expect it to be at least 2-3 years before you see any difference in the offerings. As one would expect, Telecom probably would not let this go down easily.

Theresa hides all the broadband in a really big toy box and only good little girls and boys are invited in to play.

Does she let you take it home on weekends?
