I attempted to undergo research into the most suitable internet provider for my purposes, however quickly became overwhelmed by the options available.

If anyone could give me some guidance I would very much appreciate it.

My circumstances are as follows:

I am looking for relatively fast internet at a low price. I will not be doing a lot of downloading so a low internet usage is fine. However I expect to be moving country within the next 12 months so would prefer not to be required to sign up to a 12 month contract. I also require a phone line so I assume I would need a phone line/internet package.
