OK - I just installed this on the mac but can not find anywhere to adjust the zoom. Can anyone help... there seems to be no help available on the genius website.

have you tried to turn the Dial on the front of the camera

There is no dial - only the lens... i turned that and it changes the focus.. not the zoom. The box said it had zoom function. Any ideas pleasssssse.

Some cameras have a zoom function on their software only. Check if this is the case. The Microsoft Lifecam for example will Zomm In and Out but only when using its own software.
