Just got Office 2010 for a very very good price, but have one question. In word, the 'page' is to the left of my monitor which is 22". I have changed it in View to one page, which moves the 'page' to the centre with zoom setting of 73% If I change the zoom setting to 100% the 'page' jumps back to the left side of the screen again.  How can I keep it in the centre? Thanks

After clicking "One Page" view, hold down Ctrl and use your mouse wheel to zoom.

Keep calm, and carry on posting.

Already selected. Have tried page width too, but that just increases it to 199% and then when moving it back to 100%, it jumps to the left of the screen again

That did what I wanted, but at 103% which is satisfactory. Clicking One page and then zoom 100% seems to keep the setting. But that didn't work the first time.

Someone was probably paid a lot of money to make that decision!

My workaround is to not maximise Word to fullscreen. Just resize the window slightly until the page snaps to the centre. That way you get to keep 100% zoom.
