You mean BIOS, not BIAS... You have to download the correct file from the manufacturer and follow the instructions to update.

Jokes aside, a word of caution... (yeah, so I'm a fuddy-duddy...): be very careful when updating system BIOSes. If it goes wrong, you could hose your entire board.
