Hi everyone,

Quick question - and hopefully it wiill clear things up for others too - how come Vista in Display Settings say my 320MB 8800GTS video card only has 256MB for graphics?  It is installed correctly.  Any ideas?  Thanks~!

Did some research online and found this article:

Looks like it is a Vista issue.  I just hope Vista uses the full 320MB of RAM!

Hi guys,

I must say 8800GTS cards - either 320mb or 640mb versions - are such a disappointment due to underdeveloped drivers.  What a let down.  Playing Flight Simulator X is impossible on Vista with those cards.  My previous laptop with 512mb 7900 video card worked like a dream.

Anyone with ideas on how to improve the fps?  I have tried drivers from nVidia and from the manufacturer.
