Hey all,

So, I have a VGA monitor that I have been connecting to my new RX70 video card via a VGA-DP adapter, with no issues.

Yesterday I got a replacement monitor with DP.

Removing the old monitor etc completely, with the DP cable plugged into the card the PC doesn't boot at all. Nothing, completely dead. Even when its just the cable into the card, not connected to the monitor, nothing.

With no monitor/cable plugged in at all, the PC won't start unless I completely unplug the power source first. This is also the case if I reconnect the old VGA monitor.

Further, if I get the PC going with no monitor connected, if I then connect the DP monitor it works fine.
When I reboot it also works fine.
But, if I do a full off/start....dead.
And then I need to go through the whole power disconnection process again.

Wtf? Can anybody shed some light please.
