Hi guys, got a question (searched with no convincing answers - but then maybe there isnt one?)

used to have 2x 1g 667Mhz ram (exactly the same)
bought 2x 1g 800mhz (they dont sell 667 in that shop anymore?) (both A-data but the shop &*($ gave me 2 different ones aargh)

now it's running at single channel. the vista performance index for ram dropped from 5.9 to 5.4
should i be concerned? also any good benchmark tool that i can use to compare 'numbers'?

the articles say no difference.

running amd x2 64 2.2ghz; "FSB"(i understand AMDs dont have FSBs) = 1000Mhz

Unless you've put them into slots that are matched I'd just go back to the shop and request them to fix it
