Don't suppose anyone has a copy of the IDWorks software used for ID card printing ?

We have a new ID card printer but the software supplied is completely different from IDWorks and does not support the IDWorks templates etc.

And we cannot find the original installation disc (and the supplier is not being helpful at all).

Hi there, are you referring to ID Works 6.5? Usually, it requires a USB security key that has the license number on that it reads on start up.

Yeah, weve got the USB key, but the software isn't accepting the printed key on it. Ive been in touch with the supplier who is looking into it.
