I know this has been done before, but I am interested to see your setups. Post your screenshots in this forum - Rate, Comment etc. You know the drill - Let's get started with mine:

This is just Ubuntu with Conky on the side displaying system stats, the computer is a MacBook 13" - I have always been one for a clean desktop.

Can I please ask people to upload images to Geekzone (everyone can do it for free)? This makes pages with lots of images to load a lot faster.

Good point, I have been using the Geekzone Photo Uploader for small objects, bought up a lovely 500 "Internal server error" with me this time though, Either the server hates PNG files or it just didn't like the image size. Ah well.

Sorry, that was probably when I was loading a new large table to the database. It's done now.

There's a link "upload an image file" under the Quick Reply box. Then use the "Compose Reply" button to use an editor to insert the image.

Images are limited to 200KBytes.

Isn't Lucid awesome ?  I'm very impressed with it as an OS - Combined with your Apple Hardware I think you must have a great setup :-)  BTW: I have the same background on my Lucid desktop.

Lucid is awesome! Been running Ubuntu for ages (since Breezy Badger) - First time running it on my MacBook but really enjoying it over OSX.

I don't even have OSX installed anymore.

Nice Desktop's guys! Keep em' coming!

Loving the desktop, KDE has really gotten quite nice over the years :)
Good to know there's another Linux User on the forum.

I was about to ask the same question!
Looked sort of like my background I created some years ago, then I took another look.
