I am researching a decent mouse to replace a cheap optical one I have.

I was looking at Laser, then noticed something called Bluetrack from MS

Has anyone compared these tracking options? I would be interested to hear feedback.

I am not a gamer so that isn't a factor in my decision.

cheers

Bluetrack is really nice as you can use on almost any surface. I used to have one for use with my laptop but lost it when I forgot it overseas.

On my desktop I use the Logitech Performance MX950 - not cheap but it's an incredibly good mouse.

Thanks for placing this in the right Forum.

I have a Logitech VX Nano for my laptop & like that, but want corded for desktop.

I might give a Bluetrack a whirl. I detest it when mice lose usability on shiny, veneered desks.

I use the Bluetrack! Not cheap (thank you my dear parents) but it's very comfortable to use.
