I'm using GFI Backup to do a complete data restore on a laptop, and it's been going fine so far (albeit slowly) but it's now stuck on a single file (a simple shortcut), and has been for the last hour.  I haven't used the software much before, so I was hoping someone else has used it and can advise what I should do?  The only option seems to be to cancel the data restore task, and start again, but without knowing what caused it in the first place, and seeing how long it's taken so far (total data restore file is about 150GB), I'm loathe to cancel it unless there's no alternative...
