Does anyone have one of these routers? I have been looking at these and also the next model up, the 1043ND.  

Reading the reviews, the 941 only gets 3 stars while the 1043 gets 4 up.  If you have the 941, how do you find it as far as reliability etc goes? And are firmware upgrades a regular thing?

The 941 only has 100Mbit LAN switch instead of Gigabit so definitely go for the 1043ND.

The 1043ND can also be flashed with OpenWRT/Gargoyle Router

I'm going to go with the 1043ND, kind of wanted one today from PBTech/Cello Technology. But looks like I am going to have to order it online from PBTech.  Its only $102 including GST anyway.
