hi, need more info. e.g. has it just started to happen? have you changed anything on your PC.
I had a similar issue but was on a Z68 motherboard when I enabled the smart response tech. must have been a conflict which I fixed by no enabling the SSD cache.
Similar thing happened to me. Clearing the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" check box in network properties (Configure button, Power Management tab) solved the problem.
