This is in response to a thread that was closed (too old). Asking about hosting options. We use an excellent host in the US - Aplus.net - pretty basic plan, but they have a 24/7 support chat window which I've used extensively. We pay about $5.95 (USD) a month and get (I copied and pasted this from their site):

Plus subdomains and depending on the package you choose, forum, calendars, web stats, e-commerce, etc. Definitely better than the $25 a month I was paying to Xtra for NOTHING but a pathetic 20 gb or something like that! :)
