Hi all.

i have been giving google a hard time over this one and its not showing any good infomation.

I have 2 Brother printers:

Printer number 1 MFC-J615W
Printer number 2 MFC-7420

I need both of them to show up on control center.
how does one add a printer to the software????

PC: Windows XP Pro all updates. running brother control center 3.

HELP please.... i'm about at my end with this one..

They will only appear if they are supported by that suite. And make sure you look around the eu/us/au sites for the most recent update to CC3.

And if you are attempting to use it from Office2010 (possibly only on W7), forget it. Not supported :(

If its the scan functions that make it not appear, Looks like its a twain issue.

Any Idear how to roll back control center?

I spent the weekend trying to install control center 2 (after uninstalling control center 3), but with no luck (it wanted to uninstall then restart then repeat.

Again tried google goodness with no luck.
