So the first time i noticed it i tried to open music and videos and it just hung on a loading screen for  10 seconds then returned to the main screen, It's happening every other day now plus it won't open the camera from locked or through the menu  every time. Every time these things happen it requires a restart. It has also frozen completely once. 
It feels like a software issue so what do you guys think i should do? I purchased from vodafone online.
