Hello all,

I don't know if it's global or just in the US where I am (New York), but are there anyone else having Tzones problems with their phones?

I've been on the phone off and on with T-Mobile for the past couple of months. I would click on the button to access TZones, but instead of getting the Menu screen, I would get a blank screen. Now funny thing is, a few days ago I was told to wipe out everything on the phone (after backing up first!) and to call back before restoring, as the problem that kept me from using Tzones before could have been saved. After being placed on hold forever, I restored everything anyway and the Tzones worked--for 3 days only :(

I just got off the phone with TMo and now the technicians aren't even taking the calls. The cust service rep just gave me a $5 credit and assured me that the techs are aware of some outage that's been in effect since November (?!!). This is crazy!
