Nokia Drive 3.0 is now available - automatic day/night colours, smart commute (not sure if traffic conditions are available in New Zealand yet), pinning favourites to start screen.

Hey it's not just about Nokia you know, the LG has its own exclusive apps too. How about Winny & Friends which allows you to add an egg shaped cartoon character to your photos. One of these days I may even hit the install button!

The thread is headed  Nokia Drive 3.0 update available. so it's reasonable to assume the discussion is about Nokia Maps. Nothing to stop another thread on LG apps like Winny & Friends.

Edit. Just re read your post and thought perhaps you were taking the Michael instead of being serious, with your comment "One of these days I may even hit the install button!"

No worries, I usually emote so this was not as easy to interpret as usual for busy geeks.

Anyway I'm a few steps closer to being able to switch the marketplace oem so looking forward to having a go with the Nokia apps.

I hope you like what you see when you do get to see/use the Nokia apps.

Being a Nokia Symbian user rather than WP user I'm not familiar with the Nokia apps section in the Market Place except to say that Nokia has some good stuff for the Symbian platform which has been or is being ported across to the WP platform.

I have an HTC (my wife's using it), LG (SIM slot is broken so I only use for testing) and Nokia devices (my smartphone).

There's no comparison between the OEM apps. Nokia is far more polished and useful all around.
