... every time I HotSync the program I'm trying to debug (approx 65k) with minor modifications, the Systems file on the Palm increases by about 90k and the Free Memory number decreases by exactly the same amount as the Systems file increases ... Systems file has increased from less than 1.5 meg to over 3 meg in the last few weeks, which is a problem since I only have 8 meg to work with on the Palm ...

... my program runs fine after each HotSync and reflects the changes I have made, which are insignificant memory-wise ...

.. so the question is, what could be causing this, and more importantly, how do I go about reducing the size of my Systems file without erasing everything and starting over ???
