I am running windows 5.0 OS on my Motorola Q and obviously it has windows media player.  All of a sudden the songs I have on my sd memory card dont want to play nor the songs on my phone on the media player.  I can hear my suggested ringtones and my speakerphone feature.  I took it to a verizon store and they told me to reconfigure all of my songs.  SO my questions are:

How do I configure the songs on my sd memory card or on the phone or on my PC?

Do I need a updated version of windows media player for my pc or my phone?

If I need a update where do i get it?

Do I just get a new Motorola Q?
