I have figured out how to move things to the storage card except for pictures. How do I do that?

Programs have to be removed using the Remove option on ActiveSync or Settings, and installed again. You can then choose the location. Not all programs like running from non-default locations though.

Data files can be moved with Pocket File Explorer or from your desktop, while the Pocket PC is connected. Open File Explorer (Windows key + E) and you'll see an icon Mobile Device. You can browse your device from there. The folder named Storage Card is your SD or MMC card.

Where are the pictures currently stored?

Where are the pictures now? In the main memory, in another SD card or in a computer? It should be the matter of simply cut and paste from the folder where they are now.

The Image Viewer will look for images in all your folders and show them. Most likely the default folder is \My Documents\My pictures. But they can be anywhere really.
