hello guyz...

Im using windows 2000 (with service pack 3) and a nokia 3660. I also have an infrared dongle. After I installed the pc suite for nokia 3660 and started an infrared connection, windows displays FATAL Exception (thread 00001416) ACCESS VIOLATION. Sometimes, the MRouterRuntime.Exe fails, and I can't use my pc suite.

Please help me on how to fix this... I need your expertise.

I really need your help guyz... thanks in advance...

Do you have internal modems on this machine? Could you disable to try?

i tried disabling my internal modem. after that i get connected at first. but when i use the pc suite for the second time, the ACCESS VIOLATION still occurs. I tried it again, i wasn't able to get connected again. It only happened the first time. About the mRouterRuntime error, I guess its already solved. On this ACCESS VIOLATION error is what's bugging my mind up to now. Sometimes i get connected by after i click on the file transfer application of the pc suite, the same error happens.
