ok got my new (acutally its second hand, but its new to me) palm tungsten t3. installed palm desktop and i have brought a few things to install. but when i run "palm one quick install" it crashes instantly..

i'm new to the whole palm hand held pda scene i guess.

i'm running windows vista.

thought that might be the case so i ran off to palm ones support page. downloaded the newest version of desktop that apparently supports vista.

installed that. ran palm one quick install.... crashes instantly again. :( what am i to do? am i even ment to use quick install for installing programs? if not what do i use?

the files of the programs i have got are .prc?

the manual says this only....

"Use your Palm Install Tool (in Windows this is on your Start menu) to install the file Remote.PRC"
