Hi, I just got my Motorola V600 and I can pair and set up the way AT&T website described but i am not able to connect to the phone with dialup and it keep saying

Waiting for device and then connection failed.

I was able to do file tranfer between the two though!

I have a Nokia 3650 and a sony T68 and they both worked fine. So I know the problem is with ethier phone or it needs a special setup on my Ipaq. Please help me. Tech support is worthless at AT&T. I think I know a lot more then them!! Anybody got this two to work? If so may be you can help. I even went to officemax and tried to connect with another Ipaq and it was the same thing. Thanks in advance.

Did you check the address of the device? Mine said FF:FF:FF.... and seems like that's the problem and I couldn't get help from anyone and Motorola told me after it pairs they don't support any further. But I am sure it is software issue. Anyway I returned the phone and waiting for V710 to arrive. They are similar phone but with more options and memory. Good luck with the phone...

Hello Jewel, Just got my replacement and it works great. my address is now 00:0a and so on. I tried for 10 hours between motorolla and hp and att to resolve it. then the customer service person suggested to replace the phone. I got it and it works great. I can also find a number on the h4155 and send it to dial using bluetooth and that works aswell.
Thanks for you input. By the way how did you get a v710?

Great, it's working for you! I am waiting for the V710 to be released soon. (I hope).. I am jumping ship cause I already have a verizon line and it will cost me a lot less on a family plan and also unlimited data service is $45 with them.
