Hi.
I am looking for a offline web browser for my ppc. I would like to be able to download the webcontent on my desktop and sync it to my handheld. also while viewing the webpages on my handheld, if I come across something that I would like to read but it has not been downloaded, to be able to queue it so that the next time when it syncs with the desktop, the link is automatically sent to the desktop software which then downloads the url content and syncs it to the handheld.

are there any such utilities around? are there any freewares?

Have you tried Avantgo? You have a 2MB limit in your account, but it works very well in most cases.
