i have a harrier phone and ever time the battery goes dead it forgets everything is there any way nto stop this or save my stuff?

The information is stored on RAM, which requires power - if there's no power the contents of the memory is gone. Newer models running Windows Mobile 5 store data in flash which will retain all content even with no power.

The only way around it is by changing to a newer model such as the Apache or Treo 700wx.
