Can anyone tell me what current ROM and Radio versions you are useing now on the Qtek 1010 for NZ now.

My 1010 is getting on now and running.

ROM Version 3.16.52ENG
Radio Version 3.23.01

I believe there could be radio Version updates newer then my own.

Also.....having problems streaming windows media from a URL...... Just dosn't happin.

Any help would be appreciated. :)

Do you have a URL for the streaming video? Is it a .WMV feed?

Accord provides the technical services for the QTEK here in New Zealand. You can ask them if there's an update for this Pocket PC here?

And is it visible from the Internet? The server is public, no firewalls, etc?

Also, the QTEK 1010 is running Pocket PC OS 2002, isn't it? This version does not support Windows Media 9...

Please check the encoder... The WM Encoder 7.1 is buried somewhere in the Microsoft site, while the easily downloadable one is WM Encoder 9. This could be the problem.

Otherwise you might want to connect to the APN "internet", if not doing it yet. This way you get a real IP address, not a NAT one.

not all are NZ approved.
The latest ones I was able to get 6 months ago was the same versions as what you have.

TechPacific did the CD for mine. I have heard of many "floating" about buy make no guarantees on how or if they work on the Qtek.

if you have any earlier versions, you would be silly not to upgrade.
