KiwiNZ: Did they expand on why the handsets were being returned?
semigeek: Its a great device, it performs very well and the camera is great. I have one, but at the moment it is returned, due to a small screen lifting off issue.
Other than that, I would recommend it. I think the reason why people might be returning the Lumias is due to apps, there are more and more big name apps appearing all the time, and with the release of Windows Phone 10 in the future and the whole universal app thing, you should see the phone being very well supported.

garvani: ooooh nathan thats pretty vague! ;). My workplace is heavily microsoft, they offered me a 1020 6 months ago but i turned them down purely on the app front. I hope this announcement is in fact "major" and not just a couple of well loved android/ios apps are coming to WP.
