Yes, it's greyed out. It's also greyed out on the Treo 750v running Windows Mobile 6.

[I am moving this to the appropriate forum (Windows Mobile).]

Ditto on Jasjam WM5, and seems normal to me as you won't want an unread SMS message to keep buzzing/vibrating for your attention... *hehe*

Greyed out on Titan running WM6 also.

You probably need a 3rd party program to enable this option

I recommend using phoneAlarm from pocketMax to make this happen...

you could try the method suggested here: http://www.htcwizardweb.net/node/508

keefermonster:

I found a way to add repeat to the missed call notification here it is as follows

HKLU/Control Panel/notifications/{A877d660-239c-47a7-9304-0d347f580408}/
there will be almost 10 of these folders but if you choose the 7th one down this should be the right one
One way to check is to view the "default" key in each folder if it reads missed calls you have the right folder.
Now open the "options" key
change this value to 1073741849
This will unlock the repeat check box for that notification.

This will also work on any other notifications you want to change just replace the string in that notification's "options" key

To change the length of how long the notification will repeat

HKLU/Control Panel/notifications/reminders/autosnooze/
The default is 2 mins for the phone to auto snooze.
Change the "autosnoozemins" key to however long you fell you need keep in mind that the longer that the phone sounds the more battery it drain.

update: i tried it on my wm6 treo 750v and it seemed to work fine.

You need a Pocket PC Registry Editor program to edit the registry as per the instructions.

oops, I've hit a problem

I tried using that for txt messaging.....
it does remind and stuff but the issue is, even after you've viewed the txt, it carries on reminding you.

Does anyone have a sollution to this issue? (maybe thats why they didnt include that option *wonders*)
