A while back I down-loaded the audio gateway for the iPAQ 5400 series, to get it working with a BT headset.
Any idea where I can get it again?

There's a freeware on Handango for that. Can't remember the name but look for Bluetooth in the Windows Mobile Pocket PC section. It doesn't work well with all Pocket PC...
