I find this reallllllllllly annoying.

The support at Club Imate is really terrible and slow... i have registered the new account with my correct/current IMEI for Smartphone2, and hoping to see the proper device support page but it's still the same. No regional support for Vodafone NZ, and all i got is Arabic Support/Configuration, and operator settings for MTN South Africa or Vodafone UK or Orange or Saudi-Arab network provider... and none of Vodafone NZ's... GRRRRRRRR...

I agree, it can be annoying. But their main market is the middle-eastern countries, not NZ/Australia. Send an e-mail to their support, again. And again. And complain to Vodafone.

Yeah I know mauricio... :-(

Hope JohnR is reading this and realising that the technical support for iMate is terrible... either Vodafone NZ in-place the device support and regional settings and all the updates on vodafone nz website or urge and pressure imate to brush up their service... Smartphone2 update is coming out soon in a week or so (told by the Imate support personnel) but then again, given the unpleasant customer service with imate online support personnel, that 1-2 weeks may be 1-2 months....

anyway, i hope to see that i can get to imate device site to get my updates, or even better, that the updates are available from vodafone nz website.
