I have a couple if instances where I have had strange items show up on my iPaq that I haven't put on it. For example, one time I had several addresses show up from another town. This last week I had a whole college class schedule show up when I synchronized with Outlook. I had it out of my car only one time that day, not near any others. Has anyone had this problem, or know how it can happen?

Are you using Outlook Express for newsgroups? There's an option on Outlook Express that adds the e-mails of authors you reply to in the newsgroups to your Contacts.

Do you have Bluetooth on your device? Perhaps you have the option Information Exchange set to "Enable Service" and have the "Authorization required" unchecked? Other users could be sending this information to your device without you knowing?

Don't use Outlook Express, I use Outlook. And I don't use newsgroups. These contacts were full info, like name, address, phone numbers, moblies and all! I called one of them and she hadn't had the number for two years on her mobile. I called the home number.

Bluetooth has Radio Present - N. I assume this is No.
