I have just got the above phone, but do not have "the pocket PC companion cd" and i can not connect it by USB, as I do not have the drivers.

How do I get the drivers and the CD ?

You don't actually need the CD - just download ActiveSync (for Windows XP) or Windows Mobile Device Center (for Windows Vista) and it should just work.

You will need Microsoft Outlook if you synchronise to a local repository instead of an Exchange Server.

Will the Falcon work with AS 4.x or will it require AS 3.x ?

It should work fine with ActiveSync 4.x

I can confirm this. My old Falcon syncs up fine with AS 4.5.
