Looking for cheep, if not free, software to convert mpeg and other video files, into files I can veiw on my ppc. I have a iPAQ 5455 and a 512sd mem card. I am running win mobile 2002. Also just looking for kool things period to do with my pocket pc. If anyone can point me in the right direction please help me out. I have over 1k invested in this thing and want to make the best of it :)

Also, is anyone retailing already optimized movies for ppc? It takes alot of time... I am talking hours to get a full movie from what I have read. the conversion takes hours, then copying it takes a while. And what video player do you guys recomend? I am using the default media player but have been reading reveiws about afew others I might try out.

Have a look on PictPocket for a start. Also there's a Pocket PC version of DVD to Mobile, which converts DVD and store on SD cards for use on a Pocket PC or Smartphone.

The best one out there is one called Pockettv and I use a converter called tsunami that is good.
