Wanted to reconfigure my 2215 and reload everything. After loading several programs and drivers and making sure the Bluetooth worked along the way I tried my Socket SDIO network card. It would not connect and says the settings are not correct. When I check the "This computer connects to the internet" box in proxy settings and hit OK, the box remains unchecked. If I put my full backup down and check the settings it IS checked. I tried hard reset and before loading anything I checked the box but after OK it is unchecked. How do I get it to stay checked?

Check the checkbox and keep tapping ok until you back out of the Connection Manager completly. You also might do a soft reset after getting out of the Connection Manager...

I'm tapping OK until I'm all the way out of the screen. Go back in and it doesn't save the setting. Multiple times. Multiple soft resets. It will hold the check if I put in proxy info. I thought maybe save it that way and then remove proxy but leave other box checked but no luck. Searched registry but didn't find anything obvious for the setting.
