I run Windows 8.1 on my mobile.

Rceently I have encountered Error 80070057 message.

1. I cannot sync my Hotmail account so as to read emails on my phone

2. I cannot send or receive any Hotmail messages on my phone

3. I cannot send or receive any texts with photos attached using my phone - may be connected to error message?

I understand that Outlook is now the email "name" for Windows email. I understand that I still keep my Hotmail account/address etc and "app" that comes with the phone.

I thought I should delete my Hotmail account on my phone. But I am unable to do so. Was then going to set up Hotmail account again or Outlook account on phone.

Any suggestions or advice or instructions as to how I can overcome these issues.
