Everytime I connect it wants my permission to connect on the PC. Everytime I check "Always allow"...
I've looked at the Device Properties and all options are checked which indicates that it is trusted and should never ask... What's up???

Some registry key is not being updated. You can if you want run REGEDIT and manually edit the key for the Network Access service. It's the one with Authorization in the name. Set it to 0 to disable the Authorisation required at service level.
