Can someone help me!!!  I was fiddling with my sons Harrier and now it is not connecting to the PC and the screen is blank except for "Serial 12 3027 0252498 0001.2"  I was trying to install the Telecom upgrade (which they don't support) and everything died.  He is going to kill me when he gets home.   Can anyone help?

Just unplug it, and soft reset. It should return to its normal... If not then try removing the battery and waiting a couple of minutes. If still doesn't work after this then you will have to return it for repairs.

Thanks for your quick post. Did as you suggested but it looks as if I will have to own up to it and pay to get it fixed.
