Ive got a customer with Vodafone still using the bold 9900.  Shes got a new one to replace her existing one,  Ive done the switch from within the blackberry software but the whole email system hasnt switched over.  Last time we did this we had to ring Vodafone and get them to sort out it out.  Does anyone know who to contact at vodafone to do this?  Or have any suggestions on what to do?  According to the phone we should have gotten an email to do it but that ever comes thru.  I wont know an awful lot more until I end up over there tomorrow to give it another shot - last time I got transferred to so many different people and then given a so called blackberry help line which ended up being Microsofts number.  So not overly helpful!

All transferred over perfectly yesterday.  It recognised the switch and just worked.  No need to make any calls etc.
